You can use Google Sheets with Layerre in two ways. Import a spreadsheet inside Generate variations when you are ready to batch-create designs in the app. Or connect the same sheet through Make, Zapier, or n8n so a new row triggers Layerre without opening the dashboard. Native import is included on the Starter plan and above. That is the API path when Canva Bulk Create’s row cap or missing API is the blocker — see Canva Bulk Create limits.

Keep the sheet as the source of truth. When a row is added, Make, Zapier, or n8n sends the row to Layerre and saves the output for you.

What is Google Sheets?

Google Sheets is a cloud-based spreadsheet for content planning, lists, and catalogs. Teams already keep names, captions, prices, and image URLs there. Layerre can read that data when you import a sheet in Generate variations, or when an automation platform sends row values to Layerre after each new entry.

Each row is one variation. Match a headline column to a text layer and an image URL column to an image layer, then generate the whole range.

Batch certificate generation

Paste names and dates into a sheet, import it in Layerre, and generate a certificate for every row. Export as PNG, or as a PDF you can combine into one file.

A week of social posts

Fill a sheet with captions for the week. Map the caption column to your post template and download an image for each row.

Product cards from a catalog

Keep product titles and photo URLs in a sheet. Layerre fills the template for each product and you download the set.
