How do you automate real estate marketing images?

Real estate marketing involves producing visual content for every listing, flyers, social media posts, email graphics, and open house announcements. Automating this saves agents and brokerages significant time.

How to set it up:

1. Design templates in Canva

Create templates for each asset type with dynamic layers:

• property_photo (main listing image)
• address
• price
• bedrooms / bathrooms / sqft
• agent_name and agent_photo
• brokerage_logo
• listing_status ("Just Listed", "Open House", "Price Reduced")

2. Import into Layerre

Import each template. All dynamic layers are exposed as API fields.

3. Connect to your data

MLS integration via API:
When a new listing appears or a status changes, trigger Layerre to generate all marketing assets for that property.

CRM integration via Make:
Connect your CRM (Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar) to Make. When a new listing is assigned to an agent, generate the full marketing package automatically.

Spreadsheet-based:
Maintain a Google Sheet with listing data. Agents add a row, and Make generates all visuals automatically.

Example workflow:

1. Agent enters listing details in a Google Sheet
2. Make detects the new row
3. Layerre generates: listing flyer (PDF), Instagram post (1080×1080), Facebook post (1200×628), Instagram story (1080×1920)
4. All assets are saved to a Google Drive folder shared with the agent
5. Agent downloads and posts, or a Buffer integration posts automatically
